Upon successful completion of your transaction, an automated confirmation email containing your unique order number will be dispatched from [email protected].
1.2 What payment methods do you support? For your convenience and safety, we utilize industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We currently accept:

- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification and quality inspection.
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday) via domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
2.2 Where does Penalik ship? At this time, we focus exclusively on providing premium service to the 50 U.S. states. We do not currently facilitate international shipping or deliveries to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses to ensure the fastest delivery times.
2.3 How do I monitor the progress of my shipment? Transparency is key to a great experience. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping notification email featuring a tracking number. Please note that carriers may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking status on their respective portals.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS & SATISFACTION
3.1 What is the return window for my purchase? We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at penalik.com. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date the package was delivered to your address.
3.2 Are there any fees for returning an item? No. To provide a risk-free shopping environment, Penalik offers 100% FREE returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in their original condition.
3.3 When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received at our warehouse and undergoes a brief inspection (1–2 business days), we will initiate the refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
