  1. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice. This document must be sent to [email protected] and must contain:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which 6331 Pacific Sky St, North Las Vegas is located.
  1. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Penalik maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding repeat infringement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of any users or third-party contributors who are repeatedly flagged for intellectual property violations.

  1. NOTICE OF LIABILITY (SECTION 512(f))

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Penalik.
