To ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible, our fulfillment center begins processing transactions shortly after they are placed. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following guidelines to assist you with order modifications or cancellations.

- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Processing Speed: Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically entered into our fulfillment system for quality checks and packaging within hours of purchase.
- ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS
2.1 The 12-Hour Grace Period We provide a strict 12-hour window from the time of purchase during which you may request a full cancellation of your order. Because we prioritize fast shipping, this window is the only guaranteed time frame for a successful cancellation.
2.2 Cancellation Eligibility by Order Status
- Awaiting Fulfillment: If your order status is “Awaiting Fulfillment” and you are within the 12-hour window, we can cancel your order for a 100% full refund.
- Processing/In-Pack: If the 12-hour window has passed, or if our team has already began the packaging process, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to stop the shipment, but if the label has been generated, the order must proceed.
- Shipped: Once an order has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), it is physically impossible to cancel the shipment. In this case, please follow our 30-Day Free Return Policy once the package arrives.
2.3 How to Submit a Cancellation Request To ensure your request is seen by our priority team, please email [email protected] with the following subject line: “URGENT: Cancellation Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”. Please include your full legal name and the reason for the cancellation to help us improve our service.
- MODIFYING AN EXISTING ORDER
We strive to accommodate changes to your order details provided the request is received within the 12-hour window.
- Shipping Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your delivery address, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. Accuracy is vital to ensure your package reaches 6331 Pacific Sky St or your specific destination. We cannot redirect or “intercept” a package once it is in the carrier’s possession.
- Product Specifications: You may request a change in size, color, or variant of an item, subject to current stock availability at Penalik.
- Financial Adjustments: If a modification results in a higher total, we will provide a secure payment link for the balance. If the change results in a lower price, the difference will be credited back to your original payment method.
- POST-SHIPMENT PROCEDURES
If your order has already departed from our facility:
- The shipment cannot be halted, modified, or canceled.
- You are encouraged to accept the delivery to avoid “Return to Sender” complications.
- Once received, you may initiate a return for a full refund. As per our commitment to you, we offer 100% FREE returns and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- FEES AND REFUND DISBURSEMENT
- No Cancellation Fees: Penalik does not charge any administrative or restocking fees for cancellations made within the valid timeframe.
- Refund Timeline: For all approved cancellations, a 100% refund is issued immediately. Depending on your financial institution (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal), it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES & SYSTEM ERRORS
- Inventory Discrepancies: On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after you place your order. If this occurs, Penalik will notify you immediately via [email protected] to offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us within 12 hours so we can void the extra transaction before multiple packages are shipped to your address.
