1. ONLINE STORE TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

• Pricing: All prices displayed on penalik.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Shipping Fees: We maintain a transparent flat-rate shipping policy of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.
• Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Penalik does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
• Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. BILLING & PAYMENT SECURITY

We provide a highly secure environment for all financial transactions.

• Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
• Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any purchase.
• PCI Compliance: All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Penalik does not store your sensitive financial data on our servers.
• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS

By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following logistics terms:

• Coverage: We ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Penalik are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

To maintain our rapid fulfillment cycle, we provide a strict 12-hour window for any changes.

• Cancellations: You may request a cancellation for a 100% refund within 12 hours of order placement.
• Modifications: Requests to change shipping addresses or product variants must be sent to [email protected] within this same 12-hour window. Once an order has been dispatched or moved to the “Fulfillment” stage, no changes can be made.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our commitment to your satisfaction is outlined in our 100% Free Return Policy:

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Zero Cost: There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges. We provide the prepaid label.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refund Disbursement: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item’s inspection at our facility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Penalik or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Penalik shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Penalik has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Penalik from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
